One of our current favorites, Hardwell’s “Spaceman” has found its way into nearly everyone’s sets lately. And now… the vocal edition:
The video features a combo of the album art’s cartoon spaceman in 3D mixed with high energy live footage from Hardwell’s shows. It also has some crazy sound effects to create a unique “space ride” experience.
‘Call Me A Spaceman’ is the official followup to ‘Cobra,’ which was absolutely huge. Spaceman was released in February and hit #2 on Beatport. The perfect crossover opportunity, getting Mitch Crown on the track was a great choice. He’s worked with Fedde le Grand and many more.
At 24 years old, Hardwell cracked the DJ Mag Top 100 higher than any Dutchman ever at #24. Since 2010 he’s collaborated with Tiësto and Chuckie as well as remixed Rihanna, Taio Cruz, Armin van Buuren and Martin Solveig.
Hardwell won the 2012 IDMA award for Best Breakthrough DJ at WMC in Miami.
