Super8 & Tab:

Super8 & Tab embody the power and passion of trance, proving time and time and again they’re scene leaders who are taking the sound into the future. The Finnish duo helped kickstart the ‘Hybrid Trance’ revolution with their groundbreaking debut “Helsinki Scorchin’” in 2006. This same trailblazing spirit continues with their third studio album ‘Reformation’, set for release on Armada Music in 2018.

Always with an eye to the future, Janne Mansnerus and Miika Eloranta remain unparalleled in creating euphoric dancefloor experiences – whether this comes via one of their high-energy DJ sets at leading events and festivals around the world, or within the four walls of their Helsinki studio.

“‘Reformation’ has been about keeping that forward momentum going,” Janne says. “We’ve tried to break old habits, bringing new elements to the music and how we work in the studio. We have a new label and a lot of new people working on our team. This all creates a whole new vibe.”

‘Reformation’ comes at a time when Super8 & Tab are still riding high on the fresh excitement of their partnership with Armada Music. It’s led to an unstoppable explosion of new anthems, not the least of which was 2016’s “Mega”, which trance powerhouse Armin van Buuren showcased for an entire six months prior to it to it holding #1 on Beatport for three consecutive weeks upon release, as well as racking up millions of plays on Spotify.

Ruben De Ronde:

Synthesizing the landscape surrounding him, Statement! Music!’s Ruben De Ronde keeps his progressive, trance and chilled out mind set in overdrive- striking a signature musical balance. Owning a tune in all he surpasses, the celebrated Dutchman takes his studio to the crowds from his Armada residency to festivals, and A State Of Trance tours with Armin Van Buuren around the globe. DJ, producer and label owner, Ruben has all bases covered, taking his genre spectrum to the next level- always.

In the studio, he is no victim to the genre black hole, breaking the mold across the prolific trance and progressive domes while taking the chilled out tips for a ride. His global recognition has tainted dance floors of the ASOT world that he embarks on with solo efforts, while collaborating with acclaimed artists like Tenishia and singers like Shannon Hurley, Nanje Nowack, Victoria Ray and Aelyn. Following with remixes for Aly & Fila, Cosmic Gate and Above & Beyond, his studio barely rests. A milestone in itself, the soundscape album ‘From Sao Paulo To Sofia’ has gone from the ASOT600/650/700/750 tour to the hands of Hardwell where it’s been featured in the I Am Hardwell AND United We Are World tours while shining in the fellow Dutchman’s documentary also. In tune, Ruben’s track ‘Stoer’ walked into the hands of Joris Voorn’s Rejected Records where it saw the tech driven artist embrace its entrance.
Stepping outside the studio and Ruben De Ronde unleashes in the clubs and upon the stage, dominating bill spots across Ultra Music Festival (Miami), Dance valley, Nature One’s main stage, Kazantip, A State of Trance live events and gracing half a million people welcoming in Hanoi’s new year. As DJ Mag’s trance reviewer in Holland and crowned boss of ‘Sound of Holland’ weekly radio sessions on Afterhours FM and Sirius XM, Ruben hits a nerve within the electronic music industry, also taking a firm stand on ‘Tomorrowland Radio’ in the summer of 2013 and 2014.A new album is coming in the beginning of 2019, so keep your eyes and ears out for that one!

Rodg:

In a world jam-packed with one-hit wonders, extremely consistent producers of dance music have always been sought-after. And that makes Rodg one of the rare-breed. The humble Dutchman is one of the best kept Armada Music secrets, delivering top-notch releases on a regular basis.

An impressive string of features on various Armada compilations proved to be the stepping stone for Rodg, renowned for a sound that sticks out. Since, he has put out a slew of genre-defying cuts, changing the game entirely through massive collaborations and solid remixes for artists such as Paul Oakenfold, Armin van Buuren, Cosmic Gate and Ruben de Ronde.

Thanks to extensive support from a gamut of top-tier performers (e.g. Armin van Buuren, Paul van Dyk, Above & Beyond, Max Graham, Markus Schulz, and Ruben de Ronde), Rodg has been getting the recognition he deserves, even touted “One of the best producers of 2016” by Armin van Buuren. Seeing his in-studio diligence pay off, Rodg released his debut album in mid-2016 and grabbed early support from Armin van Buuren, Gareth Emery and Above & Beyond, all the while riding the US airwaves with title track ‘High On Life’, which accumulated over one-and-a-half million streams on Spotify.

But the story doesn’t stop there. After countless collaborations with long-time friend and production partner Ruben de Ronde, on comes a collaborative effort that drops jaws and pushes their sound onto an even higher level. With their joint album called ‘Togetherr’, Rodg and Ruben de Ronde drop a body of work so sensational it not only serves as a testament to their consistent high-quality output, but also spotlights a synergy that knows no equal.

On the live front, the Rodg sound has become inseparable from Armin van Buuren’s live sets and the Dutchman himself has since brandished his own sonic blend at A State Of Trance shows in Utrecht, Ibiza, and Mexico as well as Ultra Music Festival, Tomorrowland and Creamfields. He is the workhorse of the Armada family and a mainstay on countless worldwide Dance compilations. He is the present and the future of Electronic Dance Music, yet seemingly always underrated. He is Rodg.
