We get a ton of CDs each week from locals in hopes they’ll find their way into the hands of the big dogs. No offense to anyone, but bringing a CD to the club and handing it to an employee may not be the best avenue to take. But there are always exceptions. Casey Keyworth aka Breakfast produced, produced, produced and then put a CD in Ferry Corsten’s hands. Des McMahon produced, produced, produced; sent his tracks to labels in the UK, and established a rapport with Discover boss John Askew. Both are lucky that Ferry and John happened to listen to their music amongst all the submissions. Both are extremely talented. Don’t be discouraged. Be persistent; but not smothering.

Here’s a mash up by a local DC who attends many of our events. We knew he spins, but not that he was in the studio doing work. We just happened to see this on Facebook and thought it was hot fire. And there you have it folks… social media promotes undiscovered talent better than anything.
