Well folks, if you don’t know about Bisco by now then it’s sure as hell time you found out. Camp Bisco is a 3-day art and music festival held in Mariaville, NY. This year it runs July 15-17.

Camp BIsco is the child of trance-fusion genre creators, The Disco Biscuits. Known for their ability to use elements of trance, dub step, rock, jungle, and more, the Biscuits are famous for throwing ridiculous parties.

This year, Camp Bisco is featuring, among numerous others, The Disco Biscuits, Rusko, LCD Soundsystem, Major Lazer, Pretty Lights, Diplo, Bassnectar, Method Man, Ghostface, Raekwon, Talib Kweli, Girl Talk and a ton of others.

They’re also doing a special silent rave where they hand out headsets to everyone in the early morning (1-6 AMish) and have 2 DJs going at once. Partygoers and choose which channel they listen to as the DJs spin his silent rave.

Bisco is great because it’s a meshing of the worlds of EDM, hippies, hip-hop, etc. And hey, 3 nights camped out in a field with that kind of line up means what happens there stay there. 🙂
