The latest from Skrillex’s OWSLA label features a banger from German electro upstart Zedd. ‘Slam the Door’ warns listeners that ‘shit is going to the fan’ if anyone slams ‘the fucking door!!!!’
A glitch-filled march with an uplifting breakdown and warning vocal sample, Zedd – Slam The Door continues the list of massive sounds from the freshly minted OWSLA camp.
The label’s hits include Porter Robinson’s Spitfire EP, Zedd’s Aftershave (with a huge electro mix from Kaskade) and numerous bangers from Kill the Noise. The label has also hit the drum & bass scene hard with Netsky’s remix of Skream – Anticipate feat. Sam Frank.
